- New request quote page streamlining the process for our customers
- Employee and Career access pages provide access to benefit and compensation documents

“We look at our website as an extension of our company,” said Dagiasis. “The website has to speak to our customers, carriers, and employees directly and offer them the value that we emphasize every day through our actions.”
Along with our website and logo (launched August 2021), Phalanx plans to implement a new customer portal with features like shipment tracking coming in 2022.
