OPEN POSITIONS

Position Summary
The Account Executive, Business Development position will execute within the Business Development and Customer Sales components of the
business. The Account Executive functions as a key component of a customer-centric FireTeam and focuses on hunting new business and farming
additional Sales and Customer growth by building partnerships with Customers while maximizing execution and profitability. The Account
Executive will also incorporate aspects of Account Management and Customer Service and work in alignment with the Customer Operations team.

Primary Job Duties
• Generate new business through Business Development practices in alignment with Core Values
• Prospect new opportunities through cold calling or using existing leads/resources
• Manage a consistent business development pipeline through access of unlimited, available leads
• Actively participate in the Sales process to attain new customers while growing current book of business with existing customers
• Build relationships with current accounts, continue to serve, grow, and maximize existing book of business
• Create effective business plans for generating new sales leads
• Gain and maintain access to decision-makers via a disciplined and structured prospecting regimen, including cold calling, networking, attending
tradeshows/conferences, and social media
• Develop new, and improve current Sales generation methods, overcome objections and rebuttals
• Prepare quotes, estimates, and bids that meet specific customer needs, RFQ – in accordance with company provided SOP
• Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and competitors’ prowess to enhance Sales approach and Customer value
• Properly educate FireTeam on intricacies of customers to allow for successful service, develop Customer SOPs
• Act as point of contact for each Customer
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to foster new business
• Schedule Customer and Carrier visits to enhance relationships and grow accounts, including but not limited to QBRs
• Continuously develop understanding of Customer expectations, and relay those expectations to the FireTeam
• Resolve Customer issues and complaints by investigating and developing solutions in concert with Customer Operations
• Accurately and timely document Sales activity, account details, and track growth opportunities through CRM
• Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs related to Sales and Customer Service
• Other duties as assigned by Team Lead

Position Summary
The Logistics Solutions Specialist will execute on the Customer Operations and Carrier Sales components of the business. The Logistics Solutions Specialist role is a key component of a customer-centric FireTeam and focuses on the execution of our Customers’ logistics needs of sourcing and booking freight while exceeding their expectations through the display of our Core Values. This position will also provide operational prowess for the Customer while cultivating and enhancing Carrier relationships to meet the expectation of our offering.

Primary Job Duties
• Source and book available freight for own FireTeam and entire office/Team
• Execute Customer Operations process within FireTeam in accordance with Customer SOPs
• Drive, operationally, the logistical success for Customers, Carriers, and FireTeam
• Work within TMS to ensure operational processing of Customer movements is managed
• Provide proactive and detailed communication on Customer and Loads to Carriers & FireTeam
• Book customer freight through negotiation, with market awareness through Sales and Procurement attributes
• Effectively and strategically call on our Carrier network to cover freight
• Optimize Carrier Relationships to ensure ideal and efficient coverage
• Develop and build relationships with our vast Carrier network to increase partnerships
• Ensure all Carriers meet and exceed compliance required prior to booking
• Identify opportunities to further penetrate current Carriers
• Develop new carrier relationships to strategically support Customers & FireTeam
• Qualify carriers based on modes of transportation, size and regions traveled
• Effectively communicate new carrier characteristics to FireTeam
• Dispatch freight for own FireTeam and entire office/Team via TMS
• Responsible for Carrier business reviews with support from FireTeam Lead and Squad Lead
• Knowledge of EDI processes for accepting tenders and updating customer websites
• Knowledge of TMS to ensure customer requirements, contracts and pricing support are included in the system
• Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs related to Customer Operations
• Other duties as assigned by FireTeam Lead

Position Summary
The Logistics Coordinator functions as a key member of a customer-centric FireTeam and focuses on supporting the efforts of the team in all
areas of Logistics and Freight Management through operational execution, carrier support, and customer communication in alignment with
our Core Values.

Primary Job Duties
• Work within TMS in areas of customer service, carrier setup, load & freight information, tracking, and reporting
• Manage load entry and order entry into TMS software
• Build loads, track and trace freight of FireTeam customers
• Ensure all Carrier Insurance info in TMS is correct, accurate, and matches upon automated import
• Accurately provide driver and load information, and provide updates on carrier partners
• Utilize TMS software to accurately send rate confirmations
• Conduct Check Calls to carriers, pursue and acquire PODs/BOLs/essential paperwork to efficiently support customers
• Continuously update customer and carrier profiles with pertinent information
• Communicate effectively with all internal team members including Sales, Customer Operations, and Carrier Sales
• Assist in collection of documentation for claims and OS&D issues to provide to Customer Operations and FireTeam Lead
• Monitor FireTeam email inbox
• Answer phones and distribute calls to the appropriate team member
• Provide proactive support to FireTeam and provide excellent customer service to Customers
• Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs related to position
• Other duties as assigned by FireTeam Lead
